What other methods can I use to place my order?
You may reach us by phone at 970-870-8571 Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM MST. OR You can fax your order to us at 970-870-8571 but be sure to include your name, address, billing address, telephone, and payment method.
Can I add to an order I have already placed?
Yes, as long as you call or email us before your package has been shipped we are in most cases able to change your order.
What are your accepted forms of payment?
Payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa and American Express. You can also send us a check or money order. Your items will ship once the funds have cleared.
Is there a minimum amount I must purchase?
No, we have no minimum.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, if you live outside the United States you must first to send us an email to support@rodeocosmetics.com. Please indicate which items you want and we will reply to you by email with the total price including shipping. We will then ask for your credit card information.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping charges are determined by the value of your order. Below is a table showing the shipping rates:

How and when will my order be shipped?
Typically orders are shipped within 72 hours (3 working days) from receipt. USPS Priority mail will be used. Please call us if you need your order faster.
RETURNS
Our products are guaranties for 30 days and any damaged goods will be replaced. All returns must be pre-approved within three (3) business days of receipt and made at customer?s expense. Authorization will be issued at the discretion Rodeo Cosmetics. All goods must be in original Packaging.
Rodeo Cosmetics will replace merchandise damaged during shipping only if the following guidelines are complied with:
- Inspect all merchandise at time of delivery
- Report damages to us within five working days of receipt
- Retain original packing material and carton for possible inspections by carrier.
Please notice that Rodeo Cosmetics specializes in hand crafted, natural based products. No two are exactly alike such that slight variations in size, color, and texture are sometimes noticeable. Any irregularity of our product is a natural characteristic and part of its unique western charm.
A note about SOAP: Soap is a soft medium susceptible to nicks and scratches. Perfection on the surface appearance is not possible. IMPORTANT: Sunlight and heat will cause fading of some of our products as well as it\'s packaging. Please consider this when displaying products. Don\'t leave your cosmetic products in direct sunlight or inside a hot car.
