Hans and I met 14 years ago while skiing in Steamboat. We are the entrepreneurs and sole owners of Rodeo Cosmetics since 1998. Hans left a successful corporate job in Phoenix to be with me. Together bought our "Little Dog Ranch" just outside of Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
I, once a successful make-up artist and hair dresser from Henri Bendel's in New York City, always wanted to go west and start my own cosmetic line. I decided to market my line "Rodeo Cosmetics" since the American landscape was all around me.
Rodeo Cosmetics and gifts are manufactured ,labeled, packaged and shipped right out of our beautiful barn. The two of us totally renovated the barn. From a dirt floor hay and horse barn with eight stalls to a working office, saloon and cooperate head quarters.
Our small turquoise 56 Shasta trailer is all cowgirled up for our summer shows that we do in Colorado, including Saturday farmer's market right in downtown Steamboat.
