If an order is refused by the customer, the customer will be charged for all outgoing and return shipping charges. If there is a problem with your item, please contact us immediately.

If you are not satisfied with the products you received, they may be returned.

We will accept international orders via telephone or e-mail only. All shipping prices will be quoted at that time. International orders may be placed by emailing bs@bswake.com or by calling 970-870-8571. Packages must be returned with freight prepaid; C.O.D returns will not be accepted.
